Hi nice to meet you, I am Isa.

I am a certified trauma-informed somatic therapist, meditation, hatha yoga (hridaya) and tantra teacher. In addition, I also hold a master degree in biomedical engineering. With both my parents being medical doctors, I was exposed to healing from a very young age. I never subscribed to the approach of modern western medicine where the body is treated as a machine, and I was intuitively drawn to various fields of holistic healing.

Ever since I was a young child, I have been extremely sensitive and fascinated by exploring different worlds and states of consciousness. During my early twenties I dove deeply into various spiritual teachings. I worked in a meditation center and studied Advaita Vedanta, Kashmir Shaivism, Buddhism, Tantra, Zen, Sufism and Self-Enquiry. Meditation and Hatha Yoga are the main pillars of my spiritual practice and I have done over 20 silent meditation retreats.

My journey with the toad medicine began in 2019. I had already had experiences with 5-MeO-DMT through various solitary dark room meditation retreats. Shortly after a profound grace entered my life as I became the apprentice of a renowned medicine woman in Mexico.

Suffering has been one of my biggest teachers and a profound motivator on my journey. It is through the grace of suffering that I was able to tap into a courage and tremendous power within myself to reach new heights beyond anything I deemed possible.
